- Are BEAUTÉNOTIONS® Products sold at any other retailers?
No, www.beautenotions.com is the EXCLUSIVE destination for BEAUTÉNOTIONS® products.
- I placed an order. When will my package arrive?
All packages ship via USPS, unless you chose UPS 2 day shipping at checkout. The processing time for all orders is 3-5 business days. After that, delivery time within the United States is 3-6 days. Please keep in mind that during holidays or limited edition launches, this time may vary. Thank you for your patience. Please refer to our Shipping Policy.
- What method is used for shipping?
All packages are shipped via USPS.

- I emailed your customer service team. When should I expect a response?
We aim to respond to all E-mails within 48 hours. Please note that this timeframe may be extended during and immediately after launches, and over weekends.
- Do you offer returns?
We accept returns of new, unopened product only within 30 days of purchase. Please refer to our Refund Policy or email us at info@beautenotions.com. In the unlikely event that a product arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of receipt and we will send a replacement of the same product.
Shipping & Handling charges are non-refundable. If you qualified for Free Shipping on your original order, a $5.95 processing fee will be deducted from your refund. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- I am an International customer (outside the US), can i place an order?
Currently we only ship to US addresses.
- I have not received my order confirmation, what should i do?
Order confirmations can sometimes take up to 24 hours to receive due to high demand. If you have not received your order confirmation E-mail after 24 hours, please contact us at info@beautenotions.com with your inquiry.
- Can I change my order once I've placed it?
No, once you place an order it is final.
